There are some companies that have been sending emails and/or making phone calls stating they are making all travel arrangements for attendees and exhibitors to Canadian Meetings + Events Expo. Please note that Canadian Meetings + Event Expo is not affiliated with any of these companies and advises you to exercise caution when contacted.
Housing Bureaus – They will contact you, via email or on the phone, claiming to have rates and room blocks for Canadian Meetings + Events Expo and ask you for credit card information. Canadian Meetings + Events Expo does not utilize any housing bureaus and has secured favourable rates for our exhibitors and attendees directly with our Host Hotels.
Airfare – There is an organization that is calling and stating that they are booking all travel for Canadian Meetings + Events Expo. They are not associated with Canadian Meetings + Events Expo nor any of our travel partners.
