The Association of Administrative Professionals (AAP) is a voluntary Canadian chartered non-profit organization administered by its members for its members. AAP provide opportunities for its members to learn, grow and thrive. Consisting of administrative professionals from a wide variety of roles and titles, AAP assists its members in the continuing development of administrative skills and professional growth resulting in increased employment opportunities and advancement in the workplace since 1951. AAP sponsors the Canadian Certified Administrative Professional (CCAP) designation. The CCAP program is one of the vehicles available to members interested in advancing their professional development through distance, online, and lecture courses within Universities and Colleges across Canada.
