Natalie Lowe is a CMM and attended Ryerson University in the Hospitality and Tourism program.
Growing up in Alberta, she spent her winters surrounded by the family oil business and her summers on the family farm – but now has lived in Niagara for over 20 years, having run a local DMC for over 13 years. Dread about the future facing our kids in the face of unprecedented climate change and pollution motivated Natalie to become a closet ecological activist years ago. The dire warning issued by the IPCC forced her to stop worrying and take action. She has recently developed a series of online courses to help people make their meetings more sustainable – because it’s going to take all of us, changing everything, to slow climate change.
