Mark Awad

Mark Awad is Director of Business Development at bb Blanc Inc. With over 16 years in the events industry, Mark has managed trade show & exhibit programs and experiential activations for a variety of corporations and reputable brands across North America. At bb Blanc since 2013, his focus has been to educate companies, event managers and producers on the importance of audiovisual technology, creative staging, and the value of partnership. Mark has been an integral part of the growth at bb Blanc, building partnerships with some of Canada’s top organizations and associations. As an active member of several industry related associations, Mark often lends himself as an expert panelist at meetings and conferences, and recurrently writes for different blogs and publications. In 2022 he was granted the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Toronto Chapter, 2021 Literary Award. Mark currently resides in Orangeville Ontario with his wife Emily, 6 yr. old son Cole and 18-month-old daughter Briar.
