Michelle Cosh, director of human resources at The Westin Ottawa, has won the Odgers Berndtson Vision Award for Human Resources Professional of the Year.
Dedicated to driving a strong coaching culture, Cosh is passionate about developing talent, including the next generation of hospitality leaders.
In addition, she is recognized for her significant efforts with the hospitality and tourism programs at Algonquin College, where she chairs the program advisory committee.
Also at the college, Cosh has taught human resources on a part-time basis and serves as a guest speaker for other faculty programming.
Established in 1999, the Vision Awards program recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of human resources professionals.
It is the premiere human resources recognition program in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.
