The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport has completed a $1.6 million renovation and redesign of its meeting and event space.
“This complete redesign will deliver what meeting planners have come to expect from The Westin Dallas Fort Worth,” said Jeremy Berlin, general manager. “The sleek modern design that embraces a simple yet organic feel will create a rejuvenating and inspiring environment for any event. Meeting planners will relish the layout of the meeting space and the efficiency it offers to our clients.”
Under the direction of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the property’s 19 meeting rooms were consolidated on the ground floor so planners can easily oversee all of their groups’ activities. All 38,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 10,541-square-foot Trinity Ballroom, was refreshed with new carpet, wall vinyl, lighting, art work, paint, woodwork and chairs.
The meeting rooms come equipped with wireless high speed Internet access, extensive pre-function space, a built-in registration desk, lecture hall-type seating, and on-site office spaces as well as extensive audiovisual capabilities and full banquet and catering services.
The hotel is currently offering incentives to book in the renovated spaces. For details call 972.929.4500 and ask for the sales department.
