Hospitality and development company Vrancor Group has sold its Holiday Inn Express Toronto-North York to a Toronto-based private investor.
Renovated Lobby
The property, which is located at 30 Norfinch Drive in North York, Ontario, features 160 guestrooms and two meeting spaces, each of which accommodates up to 40 people. It is a recipient of a 2015 Guest Reviews Award from Booking.com.
An extensive renovation of the property was completed in 2015. It introduced a completely new lobby, Great Room and upgraded meeting space.
The property’s amenities and features now include:
