TORONTO — Porter Airlines and interline partner JetBlue are offering a new gateway through Newark, N.J., it was announced last month.

Passengers can now connect with JetBlue destinations via Newark Liberty International Airport from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Porter’s Newark schedule offers up to 14 daily flights, making connections possible throughout the day. This service introduces new travel options to Florida and Puerto Rico, including Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Tampa and San Juan.
Additional cities, including Atlanta, Salt Lake City and Nashville, Tenn., have been added through the existing gateway at Boston Logan International Airport.
Porter and JetBlue began their interline relationship in October 2014. Thirty-eight interline destinations are now available for booking.
Porter Airlines offers flights and packages to Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Moncton, N.B., Halifax, N.S., St. John’s, Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Timmins, North Bay and Windsor, Ont., New York (Newark), Chicago (Midway), Boston, Washington (Dulles), Pittsburgh. In addition, Porter offers seasonal flights to Mt. Tremblant, Que., Stephenville, NL, Myrtle Beach, S.C., Burlington, Vt., and Orlando-Melbourne, Fla.
