Porter Airlines is introducing non-stop service between Montreal and Halifax, with connecting flights to St. John’s via Halifax. The service begins June 25, with two daily roundtrips, enhancing options for incentive travel groups.
A schedule of two daily roundtrips is available for the summer season, until September 6.
Following this date, the frequency changes to four weekly roundtrips. This year-round service features one roundtrip flight on Thursday and Friday, and two on Sunday.
“This expansion directly connects two of our most popular destinations, Halifax and Montreal,” said Robert Deluce, president and CEO of Porter Airlines.
He added that an important part of Porter’s growth “is focused on offering additional travel options within the markets we already serve.”
On March 31, Porter launches service to Sudbury, Ont., and on June 25, introduces service to Moncton, N.B.
