Earlier this year, we launched our City Series – an online space where CMEExpo would travel to North America’s most exciting destinations and report on what they have to offer in terms of experience, venue, food, and beverage.
We saw the City Series as a way for planners and event professionals to draw inspiration and get a deeper view of cities they might have never considered before to host their upcoming events.
We planned on travelling to these destinations each month and having a new city featured on our monthly newsletter. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to travel to the destinations we wanted to report on.
The next city that we plan on reporting on is one we are so excited to share with you after teasing it on our social media platforms for weeks now.
Our next City Series destination is….
Drumroll, please….
Kingston, Ontario!
We are so excited to be able to visit Kingston when it is safe to do so and report on the rich history of the picturesque city in detail for you to enjoy.
Our first-ever City Series was published in March and focused on Edmonton’s best experiences, venues, food, and beverage. You can read it by clicking here.
To nominate your city, please contact sonia@newcom.ca and explain why your destination should be featured next.
That is fantastic news! Kingston is a beautiful city with so much to offer visitors – great restaurants, an outdoor market, a vibrant art scene, and UNESCO heritage sites! The building in this photo is The Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning which has three floors of artist studios, not for profit art organizations, a fantastic waterfront cafe and rental spaces for meetings, conferences, and workshops. I work there and I love it! Come visit!
