NEW YORK — The $1.5 billion expansion of New York’s Javits Center is said to be “substanitally complete” by the first quarter of 2021, according to an announcement made by Governor Andrew Cuomo this past weekend. The New York Post reported the expansion project started back in 2016 and was set to add 1.2 million square-feet of event-related space.
