DALLAS — Meeting Professionals International (MPI) has published a new Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) guidebook featuring tools designed to help meeting professionals measure the value of meetings, it was announced July 25.
The Measuring Meeting Value Guidebook will help gauge measurements that can then be translated into return on investment (ROI) for the following three components of meetings: learning, networking and loyalty.
In addition, MPI has published a supporting infographic as well as a checklist outlining how to measure value while planning meetings, during meetings and after meetings. All of the new SMM materials were developed in partnership with Lanyon, a global leader in meetings, events and travel software.
