The Gold Hotel Award puts Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. John’s in the top 10 per cent of the Fairfield Inn brand in North America in overall Guest Service Satisfaction (GSS) Score. The hotel ranked second out of 18 hotels in Canada.
The Silver Hotel Award puts the Residence Inn by Marriott Vancouver Downtown in the top 20 per cent of the Residence Inn brand in North America in the GSS Score. It is one of only four Residence Inn by Marriott hotels in Canada to receive a performance award.
