A $7 million USD redesign and renovation of 34,000 square feet of meeting and event space is underway at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, one of Texas’ leading meetings resort destinations.
The reno of the property’s lower level conference centre space began in late December and is expected to be complete by late May. It is being designed by Richmond International.
The space’s upgrades and updates include:
♦ new stone flooring throughout the common areas
♦ custom designed carpet
♦ feature wall coverings
♦ pendant lighting
♦ a luxurious colour palette of slate greys and neutrals with sage accents
A new 4,400-square-foot space, the Lantana Room and deck, is being added to the resort’s selection of venues for meetings and social events. The Lantana Room features one floor-to-ceiling window wall of natural light, can be divided into two equal sections and will accommodate up to 400 guests. The outdoor deck will be accentuated with seasonal landscaping to add to the ambiance of the space.
Additionally, the Pecos Room, will offer just over 600 square feet of new breakout space in the heart of the conference centre. The overall look is contemporary with crisp details like custom chandeliers, sleek furniture and bespoke carpets.
“Group business in North Texas couldn’t be healthier, and with the extensive renovation and new room additions, we are excited to offer a more comprehensive list of venue options for our guests to fulfil their event needs,” says Dirk Burghartz, general manager of Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. “We’ll continue to provide impeccable service with attention to every detail and look forward to enhancing our client’s experience with an amazing new product.”
“In redesigning the Conference spaces we intended to bring a fresh, clean aesthetic that would complement the existing volumes and seamlessly blend to form a cohesive, contemporary interior,” says Fiona Thompson, design director of Richmond International.
