Tim Wasylko has joined the culinary team at Ottawa’s Infinity Convention Centre (ICC) as the director of food and beverage. He will work alongside executive chef Jason Peter.
Wasylko served Prime Minister Stephen Harper as the executive chef of 24 Sussex Drive for many years. He was most recently on the culinary team at the Fairmont Château Montebello.
“I am absolutely thrilled to join the Infinity Convention Centre team,” says Wasylko. “My role in both the back and front of the house gives me the opportunity to support chef Jason Peters in continuing to differentiate Infinity Convention Centre as the premiere event venue in Ottawa. Wasylko will work closely with the sales department and banquet team to act as the client’s/planner’s direct contact with questions regarding specific menu items.
The Infinity Convention Centre is a family-owned wedding and events venue located on Hunt Club Road near the Ottawa International Airport.
