Meetings + Incentive Travel (M+IT) is proud to welcome aboard its recent hire, Stephanie Hiltz, as event coordinator for the IncentiveWorks Show. Within this role, Hiltz will provide support to exhibitors, execute promotional efforts and handle all customer service scenarios.
She will work directly with Robin Paisley, General Manager of IncentiveWorks. Hiltz’s proven background in events and publishing will help ensure IncentiveWorks continues to grow at record pace, allowing the event to further its leadership position in the Canadian marketplace for meetings and incentive travel.

Hiltz comes to IncentiveWorks with over eight years of experience in trade show and conference operations, editorial and developing successful partnerships. Most recently she was the Editor at Pink & Blue Magazine, a publication focused on expert advice for parents and caregivers. Prior to that she was the Communications Officer at IT360 Conference & Expo and was responsible for all marketing, customer service, public relations and exhibitor communication for the event. She started her career in marketing and event production and has her HBA from the University of Waterloo. This background has helped Hiltz to make an easy transition into her position at IncentiveWorks.
Hiltz’s appointment comes right at the start of another successful year for the company. “After 22 years, IncentiveWorks is growing steadily and proven as the key event in the industry,” said Robin Paisley, General Manager of IncentiveWorks. “Stephanie’s experience is exactly what we need to continue moving ahead in our 2013 event and beyond.”
