Meetings + Incentive Travel (M+IT) is delighted to welcome Heather MacAulay to the role of operations manager for IncentiveWorks, Canada’s leading tradeshow for the meetings and incentive travel markets.
MacAulay brings with her over 20 years of senior hotel and global sales experience, as well as significant tradeshow management experience. As IncentiveWorks’ operations manager, she will build relationships with the show’s long-term and new exhibitors, work with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are met, manage show logistics, and drive event marketing activities. She will work directly with Robin Paisley, managing director of Meetings + Incentive Travel.

MacAulay is an alumna of Queen’s University, and throughout her career, has benefited from extensive professional education through affiliation with a variety of industry associations. Her roles have included hotel duty manager, executive meeting manager, senior sales manager, director of convention sales, director of fractional sales and director of global accounts. More recently, she was show manager for two large grocery industry tradeshows held annually in Toronto and Vancouver, as well as a consumer food show held in Vancouver. MacAulay has also worked as a marketing consultant for a residential leasing company.
