Included in the hotel’s redesign is The Hyatt Regency Conference Center featuring more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space. Equipped with 3GB shared bandwidth, the Conference Center will be located on the ground level of the hotel and includes several boardrooms, as well as larger rooms that will accommodate up to 170 attendees.
In addition, the 580-guestroom property features 25 meeting spaces and a 14,000-square-foot ballroom, all outfitted with projector screens, high-speed wireless Internet, audiovisual equipment and conference tables with power outlets.
On the penthouse level, the 1,075-square-foot, two-bedroom Presidential Suite is suitable for meetings of fewer than 10.
Located one block from LAX, Hyatt Regency LAX offers 42,000 square feet of event and meeting space, as well as outdoor event spaces. In addition to the ballroom and conference centre, the property features smaller breakout meeting rooms and event spaces for small to mid-size groups.
Two new event lawns, the Regency Park and Regency Grove, designed by New York City-based SWA Group, are centred around the swimming pool and feature cabanas offering private environments. The new space will accommodate 750.
