Hilton Opens in China’s Mount Sanqing National Park

SHANGRAO, China and MCLEAN, Va. — Hilton announced last month the opening of Hilton Sanqingshan Resort in China’s Mount Sanqing National Park.

The property’s 372 guestrooms and suites feature French windows that provide unobstructed mountain views. In-room amenities include 42- to 55-inch LCD televisions and complimentary standard Wi-Fi access. Other amenities include a heated indoor pool and 24-hour fitness centre.

Designated rooms host table tennis, snooker and chess, a Kid’s corner, karaoke rooms, and a 5D cinema that employs the latest multisensory entertainment technology. Hilton Sanqingshan Resort also has a full-service spa with nine treatment rooms, a foot massage centre and seven VIP massage rooms.

For groups, there’s 17,216 square feet of meeting space, including an 8,070-square-foot, pillar-less ballroom and seven multifunction rooms. The outdoor Sky Terrace accommodates up to 120 people.

On the f&b side, there are four restaurants and bars, as well as 24-hour in-room dining service.

Offering all-day dining, All Seasons serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as Western and Asian à la carte favorites.

Sanqing Pavilion is a traditional Chinese restaurant serving authentic Zhejiang and Cantonese cuisine and offering seven private dining rooms.

Featuring a Ming and Qing-style décor, Rill House offers Asian and locally influenced dishes and provides views of the river. The Lobby Lounge features a curated art collection.

Hilton Sanqingshan Resort is about 900 feet from the Mount Sanqing National Park ticket office and cable, providing a base for guests to explore the Sanqing mountains. Two areas within the park, the West Coast and Sunshine Coast Scenic Spots, are 6 km from the hotel. Hilton Sanqingshan Resort is also within easy reach of nearby attractions including the city of Jingdezhen and Huangshan and Wuyishan mountains.

The new property is conveniently situated in the heart of the Jiangxi Province, and is served by Shangrao Railway Station, approximately 80 km away, and Nanchang Changbei International Airport, approximately 270 km away.
