Palladium Hotels & Resorts has completed a $30-million renovation of the all-inclusive Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa, in Riviera Nayarit, on Mexico’s Pacific Coast.
The renovation sought to capture the essence of authentic Mexican culture. With new bathrooms, contemporary furniture and new colour schemes, the resort’s 422 guestrooms, ranging from deluxe rooms to suites, now reflect the look of Mexico’s landscapes and beaches.
Among the Grand Palladium’s dining options are a new restaurant, Ribs & More, which joins the property’s buffet restaurant, El Bosque, and the a la carte Portofino Restaurant, under the direction of noted Spanish chef, Juan Mari Arzak.
The Riviera Nayarit resort also features a newly expanded Renova Spa, with four massage rooms, a new sauna, steam room, a hot and cold Jacuzzi and a Bridal Room; and Sunset Boulevard Disco.
