HALIFAX – Fraser & Hoyt Incentives announced this week that it has named Erika Wien its director, business development.
In her new role, Wien will lead business development and strategic growth initiatives for the company.

Wien is a native Haligonian and recently moved home to Nova Scotia after two decades working in both arts and corporate organizations in Toronto. Most recently, she was Manulife’s director of Canadian division events and advisor recognition, and led a team of event professionals who managed 60 to 100 international events annually, with up to 1,100 attendees including incentive, educational, roadshow and sales meetings for both advisors and employees.
