Aboud Haboury has been appointed director of sales and marketing for Element Vaughan Southwest, Canada’s first Element hotel. Haboury brings more than 24 years of international, corporate sales and marketing leadership to the position.

His expertise and leadership will be a tremendous asset to our team as we offer guests an entirely fresh perspective on the extended stay experience in the Greater Toronto Area.”
Prior to joining Element Vaughan Southwest, Haboury spend three years as group corporate sales manager at Omni King Edward Hotel. Previously, he held a number of executive positions at the Four Seasons Hotel Damascus-Syria including director of marketing, director of sales and director of catering. He has also held sales leadership positions at the Sheraton Centre Hotel Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan Hotel and Crowne Plaza Toronto Centre.
Haboury is a graduate of the Hotels & Tourism Training Centre in Damascus, Syria, where he earned a diploma in Hospitality & Hotel Management.
