Canadians took home seven ISES Esprit Awards® at this year’s annual ISES Esprit Awards Ceremony, which was held Saturday, August 22, during ISES Live® 2015 at The Sugar Mill in New Orleans, LA.
The International Special Events Society (ISES) Awards program features competition within designated categories, and is open to any ISES member in good standing, for events that took place the prior calendar year.
The awards were created to raise industry awareness of ISES member achievements and distinctiveness. Each one showcases a company’s hard work, creativity and consistent quality.
The Canadian winners are:
2015 Best Corporate Event over $150,000 USD: BC/Vancouver Night – Show Us Your Adventurous Side, Keri Miller , CSEP, e=mc² events (Toronto Chapter).
2015 Best Event Design/Décor under $25,000 USD: Cozy GLAM, Ken Kristoffersen, CSEP, CEM, CEC, POP Kollaborative Inc. (Toronto Chapter) & Bryan Bell, Décor & More (Toronto Chapter).
2015 Best Event Design/Décor over $75,000 USD: Gilded Glory, Lynn Fletcher, CSEP, Lynn Fletcher Weddings (Calgary Chapter) & Bryan Bell, Décor & More (Toronto Chapter).
2015 Best Event Photography: Stephanie Leblond, Leblond Studio Inc. (Calgary Chapter)
2015 Best Event with a Legacy: LIMITLESS – The Special Olympics Canada Gala, Keri Miller, CSEP, e=mc² events (Toronto Chapter).
2015 Best Technical Production: JUNO Gala Dinner & Awards, Keri Miller, CSEP, e=mc² events (Vancouver Chapter).
Anne Finzer Wadlow of Corporate Event Organization Inc. (Edmonton Chapter) along with nine other ISES members received the 2015 Best ISES Event Volunteer Collaboration award.
