LAS VEGAS — Caesars Entertainment is launching a non-gaming hotel banner as part of its plan to expand its brands and loyalty network through its licensing strategy. Caesars Republic Scottsdale, its first non-gaming hotel in the U.S., is slated to open in early 2021 next to the Scottsdale Fashion Square luxury retail mall, in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The 11-storey 266-room property will feature a first-floor bar; a signature restaurant; a patio providing views of Camelback Mountain; and a coffee shop.
In addition to the mixture of kings, double queens, and one- and two-bedroom suites, the property will offer a bridal suite, and, on the 11th floor, five luxury entertainment suites.
On the meetings and events side, five breakout rooms, on the second floor, will each accommodate 40 people or 200, combined. A second-floor executive boardroom will seat 16.
There will be a 7,000-square foot column-free ballroom with 34-ft. sliding glass doors opening onto the adjacent lawn, suitable for outdoor events for 600. Also serving as an event space is a rooftop pool and bar that will be located on the seventh floor.
