The 110-room Holiday Inn Express® & Suites Brantford is now open, reports hospitality and development company Vrancor Group. The Ontario city’s first new-build hotel in nearly a decade has 900 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate events for up to 55 guests.

The property, which is located at 27 Sinclair Boulevard, is the latest addition to InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) portfolio of more than 5,400 hotels worldwide. It features the brand’s newest design solutions.

Brantford is recognized as the “tournament capital of Ontario” and is home to numerous fully accessible arenas, playing fields and indoor sports facilities, including Wayne Gretzky Centre.
