TORONTO — Eleven of Atlific Hotels‘ managed properties have received industry awards for 2015, it was announced this month. The awards were bestowed by a number of organizations, including hotel brands, TripAdvisor, the government of Canada and Conde Nast Traveller.
“These awards are a wonderful testament of achievement for our hotels, as they demonstrate our shared success in delivering extraordinary guest experiences,” said Robert Chartrand, CEO, Atlific Hotels.
The awards are as follows:
Days Inn Stephenville, NL — 2015 Property of the Year Award (85 rooms or less). Days Inn & Suites Thunder Bay, Ont. — 2015 Chairman’s Award for Quality. Days Inn Thunder Bay North— 2015 Guest Choice Award; 2015 Property of the Year (86 rooms or more); 2015 General Manager of the Year (Tracy Kennedy); 2015 Chairman’s Award for Quality.
Element Vancouver Metrotown — 2015 Starwood Hotel Opening of the Year; 2015 Starwood Preferred Guest Hotel of the Year. Element Vaughan Southwest — 2015 Element General Manager of the Year Award (John Caneco); 2015 Most Improved TripAdvisor Popularity Index for an Element Hotel.
