ORLANDO, Fla. — Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando, an addition to the Associated Luxury Hotels International portfolio, opened July 14, it was announced Aug. 10.
The Caribbean-inspired Loews Sapphire Falls Resort offers 1,000 guestrooms and 115,000 square feet of versatile meeting space. This includes a 41,000-square-foot ballroom divisible into 12 sections, a 31,000-square-foot hall, 16 breakout rooms, 27,000 square feet of pre-function space, and 11,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor function space.
In addition, event space also is available at Universal Orlando’s two theme parks, Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure, as well as Universal CityWalk. Additional offerings at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort include four restaurants and lounges, a resort-style pool with two sand beaches and waterfalls, a complimentary fitness centre, and free wireless high-speed Internet access. The resort complements its adjacent and recently renovated sister resort, Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando. When combined, the two properties offer 2,000 guestrooms and 247,000 square feet of meeting space.
