Following the success of Air Canada’s daily seasonal nonstop flight from Toronto to Palm Beach, Fla., the airline has announced a second nonstop, starting this fall.
On Nov. 4, the first direct flight from Toronto will debut with four weekly flights, ramping up, in mid-December, to two daily non-stop flights that will continue through April, 2012.
Flights will arrive at Palm Beach International Airport.
“These additional flights from Air Canada provide even more opportunity for Canadians to experience The Palm Beaches and to keep our tourism industry thriving,” stated Jorge Pesquera, president and CEO of the Palm Beach County Convention & Visitors Bureau.
According to the most recent data from Visit Florida, the Sunshine State ranks as the second most popular destination visited by Canadians, second only to New York.
