MEXICO CITY — AC Hotel Guadalajara, Jalisco, has opened its doors, marking the brand’s arrival in Mexico, it was announced Aug. 29.
Developed and owned by FibraHotel and operated by Marriott International, the property features 188 guestrooms incorporating a gray and brown palette, wood flooring and minimalist-designed furniture.
Onsite amenities include a poolside lounge and infinity-edge swimming pool on the twelfth-floor open-air Sky Deck, which also houses the fitness centre.
The hotel’s AC Library, featuring a selection of specially curated books, and AC Lounge can both host business meetings or social gatherings. The AC Lounge offers local artisanal beer, specialty wines on tap, signature cocktails and tapas.
Located adjacent to the AC Lounge, the AC Kitchen serves a European-style continental breakfast selection of croissants, Serrano ham, egg tarts and Nespresso coffee.
Complimentary WiFi is available in public spaces and guest rooms. Kallpods, wireless service buttons located in the hotel’s public and meeting spaces, enable guests to request a staff member’s attention immediately.
Guests of AC Hotels who are members of the Marriott Rewards loyalty program earn points during their stay, which may be redeemed for free weekend hotel stays, airline tickets, room upgrades, merchandise such as jewelry, furniture, accessories, ready-to-wear clothing, and much more.
