Heather has been developing and executing incentive travel programs for 24 years. She has staged a masked ball in St. Petersburg, Russia; chartered the Onassis’ yacht “Christina” for five over-the-top days of cruising the Aegean; and arranged an emergency delivery of champagne by helicopter drop. In 2014, she and an industry colleague won the SITE Canada ICE Award for an incredible foodie-focused program in Barcelona, Spain. Heather has a deep knowledge of destinations. She lives and breathes the sport of negotiation, and is her company’s unofficial “legal beagle.” She believes in pay-it-forward partnerships with suppliers. And she knows that discovering what a client isn’t saying is the real key to winning their business and delivering a winning incentive travel program.
