Canadian Meetings + Events Expo attendee lists are confidential and not sold or made available to third parties (other than CMEExpo approved suppliers). Beware of companies who offer to sell Canadian Meetings + Events Expo attendee lists.
International Fair Guide/International Fairs Directory: This organization is selling listings into a show guide that is NOT our Official Show Guide. Many of you may recognize this company as they have been actively pursuing our Exhibitors for years. To our knowledge, a show guide has never been produced by this company.
Demand Generation Executive: This organization is offering our exhibitors attendee lists for Canadian Meetings + Events Expo. We have not provided this company with any lists and they are not affiliated with Canadian Meetings + Events Expo in any way.

Housing Bureaus
Please note that Canadian Meetings + Events Expo does not utilize a housing bureau. If anyone claims to be an official supplier in this regard, please let us know immediately.
CBS International and Trade Show Planners (TPS): We are NOT working with these companies.
Global Housing and Skyline Housing: These organizations are claiming our room blocks are almost full and offering to book your accommodation for the show and asking for credit card information. They are not associated with Canadian Meetings + Events Expo.
Third Party Suppliers
Beware of Corporate Pre-Show Videos: There have been several companies offering to record a pre-show video. These companies are not affiliated with Canadian Meetings + Events Expo and therefore we caution you in obtaining their services. If you are interested in recording a video for use pre-show, onsite or post-show, we are able to offer this service to you. Please contact Show Management for further details.
